Our Mission Statement
The purpose and mission of HRCSD is to provide municipal services to the village of Heritage Ranch in a manner that is efficient, safe and in accordance with applicable law. These services include the supply of drinking water, the disposal of wastewater, removal of solid waste, parks and recreation.
We now offer an automated payment service, to pay online or by phone -any time - 24/7 - using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), debit card or electronic check. There is a service fee of $3.95* for each transaction up to $275.
You can access the secure website for this service by clicking the link above or you may call the automated telephone payment service at 1-855-288-5235 which will guide you through the payment process.
You will need your 10-digit account number located on your bill and the total amount due.
** Please note that your payment will be reflected on your account within 48 hours **
*Why a service fee? Credit card companies charge fees to process credit card payments, these fees are included in the fee charged by the third party vendor, which also pays for their part in processing the payment. Heritage Ranch CSD does not receive any part of this service fee, nor does Heritage Ranch CSD incur any costs associated with this service.
