About Us
The District's service area takes in some 5,361 acres, which is less than the entire Village of Heritage Ranch (the certificated parcel area was excluded with the change from CSA 19 to HRCSD). Generally speaking, we are bounded on the west by Lake Nacimiento, on the north by Nacimiento River, on the east by Camp Roberts, and on the south by said certificated parcels.
The County approved master plan for Heritage Ranch allows for 2,900 residential units. To date, 2090 lots are approved within final subdivisions of which about 1750 lots actually have some type of residence.
