The legislative head of the District is a Board of Directors composed of five members. Each member serves a four-year term, and elections are held every two years, on odd number years. The Board's regular meetings are held at the District office, 4870 Heritage Road, Paso Robles, California, at 4:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month.
The Board of Directors As a local special district, the HRCSD has a locally elected board of directors, employs professional management and staff, and offers a broad range of services and facilities to the Heritage Ranch community.
